Bernard from Ireland contacted The Proposers recently as he needed some help coming up with proposal ideas. So, being the sensible chap he is, he decided getting in touch with the proposal experts (aka us!) was the perfect way to give his long term girlfriend Hannah the proposal she had always dreamed of. Here's what happened: The couple arrived at a stunning venue in London that The Proposers hired exclusively for them. Hannah thought they were simply having a look around the old house.
As they entered the courtyard, Bernard pretended he needed to use the bathroom and disappeared. Hannah was then handed the end of a piece of string and told to follow it...
The string led her through the estate and into a private room. On the string were love messages Bernard has written for her
Hannah became very emotional reading the love notes
The love notes continued on throughout the estate, whilst Hannah followed the string
Bernard was in the meantime, waiting anxiously at the end of the string, ready to greet Hannah. And tied tot he end of the string? Her engagement ring
