Paul came to us because he needed help to organise a romantic proposal for his girlfriend Heidi. He decided that Heidi's 30th birthday was the perfect day to tell her that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her. Not being from Dubai himself our amazing proposal planner Annie took the reigns, and came up with the ultimate Dubai proposal involving both a helicopter and yacht cruise!
Paul wanted to make sure that Heidi's two children were also involved in the proposal so Annie arranged for all four of them to be picked up from the Atlantis Hotel on Palm Jumeriah where they were staying, and for them to be taken to a helicopter where they had a sky high tour of the city. Once they had seen the stunning sights of Dubai from the air, it was time for them to take a look at them from the sea by taking a 2 hour private yacht ride. This allowed them plenty of time to take in the coastal sights.
After having such a busy morning full of fun activities, they had all worked up an appetite and docked at the One and Only Royal Mirage Resort. It was here that Heidi came across her own private beach cabana. The cabana was beautifully decorated with pink roses, and accents in her favourite colour, Tiffany blue. In the sand next to the cabana the words, HAPPY BIRTHDAY HEIDI! were written in the sand. After enjoying an exotic picnic lunch it was time for Paul's big moment! He took Heidi to the watersedge and the children, who had been happily building sandcastles, decided to get in on the act!
Paul read Heidi a poem, which he had written especially for her. He then handed her a box, (of course it was Tiffany's). If Heidi hadn't already guessed what was going on at this point, she definitely realised when Paul then got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. Both Heidi and Paul were in tears of happiness as she said, Yes!
The couple then celebrated with a glass of champagne and took in the exciting day they'd just had. But it wasn't over yet! Once it had all sunk in, there was time for the family to have a swim before being collected and driven back to their hotel in a Rolls Royce, where they had their final surprise of the day, dinner at the stunning 5 star Burj Al Arab!
